- Xazina offer a 15-day return policy, allowing you to return eligible products within 15 days of delivery.
- A 7- day inspection period applies to all returned products, If any discrepancies are found, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund value.
- GST and applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or as a store voucher. No cash refunds.
- The product must have the original tag attached and be accompanied by the original bill to qualify for a return.
- Customised designs and accessories are non-returnable.
- After 15 days, the product will no longer be covered under this return policy.

- Xazina offers a lifetime exchange policy, allowing you to exchange your product at any time.
- Upon exchange, the making charges associated with the orginal product will be deducted.
- Exchanges are allowed only for new items with an invoice value greather that of the product being exchanged.
- The full invoice value of the original product (excluding making charges) will be deducted from the new invoice.
- A 7-day inspection period applies to all exchanged products. If any discrepancies are found, the amount will be deducted fromt he exchange value.
- If you choose not to exchange immediately, you may receive a voucher for the exchange value, redeemable at a later time with no expiration.
- The original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange.
